Draft · pre-pilot
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public Rapid Response Citizen Network (RR) website only. The website is informational: it describes a concept in the pilot-design stage. It is not an emergency service, and it does not accept operational incident reports. The privacy architecture described elsewhere on this site refers to the proposed RR platform, which does not yet operate.
What we collect
We collect only what you actively submit through our forms:
- Contact details: name, email, organization, country or region, role.
- The content of your message or inquiry.
- Your consent choices, including the optional updates checkbox.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information — including government identification numbers, ID document images, health information or information about third parties — through any form on this website. If sensitive information is submitted inadvertently, we will delete it.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not build behavioral profiles.
- We do not create device fingerprints.
- We do not run analytics unless a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics service has been explicitly enabled for this deployment.
How submissions are used
Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry, assess potential partnerships and — if you opted in — send occasional project updates. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing info@alkebuleum.org. Applicable data-protection rights depend on your jurisdiction; we honor reasonable requests regardless.
Changes
Concept descriptions on this website may change through research and pilot design. This policy may be updated to reflect changes to how the website operates.
